These Terms of Use govern the day-to-day operation and utilization of the applications, API endpoints, and business software tools provided by Thodar — One-Man Company for Business (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://thodar.click.

1. Scope and Business Authorization

By accessing Thodar applications, you confirm that you possess the authority to represent yourself or your business entity in agreeing to these terms. If using our services on behalf of an enterprise, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. API Utilization and Fair Usage

Our solutions interface directly with cloud APIs (such as Google Workspace APIs):

  • Fair Quota Usage: You agree to operate within fair usage quotas and avoid issuing excessive, automated, or abusive API queries that impair service stability.
  • Credential Protection: You must keep all API keys, client secrets, and OAuth tokens confidential. You may not share or sub-license credentials to unauthorized parties.
  • Data Minimization: Only request authorization for the scopes strictly necessary for your business tasks.

3. User Data Ownership

You retain full proprietary ownership of all business data, files, and content processed through our integrations. Thodar is granted a strictly limited license to transmit, process, and synchronize that data solely to fulfill your requested workflows, as defined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Operational Updates & Service Continuity

As an agile one-man enterprise, we continuously enhance and update our software. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or deprecate features with reasonable notice to clients, while maintaining system security and data integrity.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
