Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
Last Updated: October 12, 2026
Welcome to Thodar — One-Man Company for Business (“we”, “our”, or “us”), accessible at https://thodar.click. We are a specialized single-operator enterprise providing AI agents, automated operations, and verified cloud API workflows for businesses run by a single person or solo founder. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy rights. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, safeguard, and retain data across our platforms, specifically regarding our use of third-party services and Google APIs.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our business software, AI agents, and API services:
- Account Information: When you register or authenticate via single sign-on (such as Google Sign-In), we receive your basic profile data, including your name, email address, profile picture, and account ID.
- Google User Data (Connected APIs): We develop verified secure OAuth 2.0 applications linking Google Workspace tools (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides), YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Cloud directly to business operations. If you grant our application access to your Google Account data via OAuth 2.0 scopes, we access only the specific data types explicitly approved by you during the consent prompt. We never access data outside the granted scopes.
- Operational Telemetry & Logs: Technical metadata such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and request timestamps are automatically logged to ensure system reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain operational security.
2. How We Use Information
As a dedicated one-man business, all data processing is strictly functional:
- To authenticate your user identity and manage your service configuration.
- To execute the automated workflows and API requests that you direct our platform and AI agents to perform.
- To safeguard our infrastructure, detect malicious activity, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- To deliver direct business communications, technical support, and critical security notices.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use Disclosure)
Thodar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, in accordance with the Google Limited Use specifications across Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides), YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Cloud:
- No Transfer to Third Parties: We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application’s user interface, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a formal business transfer with user consent.
- Zero Advertising Use: We strictly do not use or transfer Google user data to serve advertisements, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based ads.
- No Lending or Credit Scoring: We never use or transfer Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for any lending purposes.
- Strict Human Review Restrictions: Humans do not read your private Google user data unless:
- You have provided explicit affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or records for debugging or support;
- It is strictly required for security purposes (such as investigating security incidents);
- It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
- The data is aggregated and anonymized for technical system monitoring.
4. Data Security and Confidentiality
We enforce industry-standard security safeguards. All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS). Sensitive credentials and OAuth access tokens are stored in encrypted vaults and access is restricted through least-privilege administrative protocols.
5. Data Retention, Revocation, and Deletion Policy
We retain data only as long as needed to fulfill the business functions you have requested. You have permanent authority to revoke access and delete your records:
- Revoking Google Permissions: You can disconnect our application from your Google Account at any moment via your Google Account Permissions Manager.
- Submitting a Data Deletion Request: To request complete and permanent deletion of all data associated with your account, please email us directly at support@thodar.click with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. All associated database records and tokens will be permanently scrubbed within 30 days.
